Haggai Simpungwe - Managing Partner

Haggai Simpungwe is a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in finance, auditing, taxation, and business advisory. Before joining the firm, he held a range of senior positions, including Auditor, Accounting and Audit Manager, Corporate Accountant, Head of Internal Audit, Chief Accountant, Financial Manager, and Chief Financial Officer.
He has worked across multiple industries in Nigeria, Zimbabwe, and Malawi, where he trained finance professionals and established accounting systems and internal control environments for a variety of businesses. His expertise includes strategy formulation, financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and business advisory.
Haggai holds a BSc in Accounting, an Advanced Diploma in International Tax, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is a Fellow of ACCA and the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
Ahmad Mundia - Director - Assurance

Ahmad Mundia is a Director in the company with more than 13 years of experience in both the private sector and professional practice. He began his accounting career at Deloitte before moving into the private sector, where he held roles including Auditor, Financial Accountant, Stock Controller, Head of Internal Audit, Supply Chain Manager and Group Sales Operational Planning (S&OP) Lead.
He has extensive experience in the Zambian business sector, with expertise in financial reporting and reporting. He has also supported organisations at streamlining operations, improving efficiency, strengthening internal controls and addressing business-planning matters.
Ahmad holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a Fellow of both ACCA and the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
Edward Kunda - Director - Advisory

Edward Kunda is a senior finance and management executive with extensive experience, primarily in the financial services sector. After graduating, he began his career with KPMG and Deloitte & Touche. He has since held senior roles including Chief Financial Officer at First Capital Bank and Pan African Building Society, Head of Finance at Focus Financial Services, and Finance and Operations Officer at Society House Development Company, a subsidiary of the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA).
Edward has also served on the ZICA Audit and Risk Committee and as a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD). His non-executive directorships include Leopards Hill Memorial Park, Foxdale Development Investments, and Hawkwood Properties Limited.
A strategic thinker, Edward is skilled at supporting business growth and strengthening financial performance. He is a Fellow of ACCA and the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
